All platform data is held and transported securely, being fully encrypted both at-rest and in-transit. Our class leading API, based around a GraphQL interface allows for sophisticated and secure integrations with third party services and platforms.

Channel Identity

Core to the Channel 360 value proposition is our singular Channel Identity mechanic. Users no longer need multiple accounts and passwords across campaigns or engagements, instead we offer a single sign on (SSO) mechanism to provide users with an easy-to-use authentication and profile management system. This allows users to retain full control over their personal data, whilst at the same time providing clients with a holistic view of user engagement across each of their deployments within the platform.
