Marketing Project Manager

We currently have a vacancy for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team. Primarily specialising in the IT industry we provide a full breadth of marketing services to a range of clients. Including a number of leading IT Vendors.

This is a unique opportunity to join a successful team who have achieved year on year. The position is ideal for an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills, a results driven individual who is comfortable in dealing with multiple projects and has the ability to work well under pressure. This opportunity will suit candidates who are interested in further developing their career in marketing and will be expected to make an immediate contribution to the team.

The role will involve the implementation of strategic and tactical campaigns targeted at the reseller channel and/or end user markets. This will include all elements from across the marketing mix. You will be involved in all aspects of the marketing process encompassing: campaign implementation, planning and budgeting, campaign performance and review, as well as producing and reporting on a regular basis. There will a large proportion of collaboration with our internal Studio as well as external agencies such as printers, web design agencies and merchandisers. Therefore the ability to forge, manage and understand relationships is vital. You would be expected to keep up to date with all emerging technologies and market trends within the relevant sectors. The individual will be able to act on his or her own initiative and have good interpersonal skills, good copywriting skills and a sharp eye for detail.

The individual should have a suitable marketing qualification, and would suit a graduate with a minimum of two years marketing experience preferable within an agency. The role is office based at our headquarters in Riseley.



Business Development/Account Managers

Job Description
The individuals we are looking for should have 2-3 years channel sales experience within the IT industry and have a good knowledge of products and markets, excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels.

The individuals will be required to co-ordinate and manage partners for a leading IT vendor increasing their sales, marketing activities and establishing rebate programmes. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Responsibilities

Serve as lead and primary contact with a defined set of partners
Establish relationships and gain an understanding of the needs of partners in order to detect sales opportunities and to shape cohesive marketing programs
Participation in regular sales meetings
Demonstrate a working knowledge of end-user needs, competitors’ strengths & weaknesses
Help partners to implement programmes to drive business linked to the business plan but also to increase sales
To educate and motivate partners to grow market share
Collaboratively assess partner opportunities and identify effective pursuit strategies
Report success stories, win/loss, funnel and key sales barriers to the Sales Manager in a timely manner to be included in your weekly pipeline report
Define the key vertical segment markets providing the right activities, promotions, programs and deliverables based on European guidelines and Country specifics

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 –3 years channel sales experience, have some end user experience, an excellent knowledge of the IT Marketplace as well as an understanding of the Channel Partner community.
